Aiming at improving and keeping up to date the skills of IT professionals, this government non-profit program is offered at most agencies, including the Department of Commerce, the Department of Health and Human Services, the Department of the Treasury, the Department of Defense, the Department of Justice, the FBI and the Department of Homeland Security.

Also, if you're planning to work for the government, you will need to convert your IT resume into a Federal resume, which is mandatory when applying to government jobs.
